Crystal is a proud momma of five beautiful little girls. Two born in the hospital and three born at home, every birth different and unique in every way, her experiences as a mother bring life and passion to her role as a doula. Her empathetic love and nurture is what makes her an amazing support person in labor and birth.
Crystal has been a DONA International trained doula since November 2013, along with completed training in breast-feeding for doula and postpartum caregivers. She is also a trained Placenta Specialist through IPPA (International Placenta and Post-Partum Association). Her love for the birthing process and empowering women has grown tremendously over the years, as she has been a support role for many women through labor and birth. She carries a grace in any atmosphere and works well with the needs of both birth mom and her partner.
